Warranty, Returns, T's and C's

 

        Warranty - All Powerstar Batteries are waranteed to be free from defects for 24 months from date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you have a failed product, please contact via email at quality@powerstarsla.com
or directly by phone at 888-30-POWER. We will require Name, Company Name, Item, Description, Type of failure, Approx date of purchase. Someone from Quality will contact you within 1 Business day with authorization response, Corrective Action and any other pertinent information.

       Returns - Please contact the same number/Email as listed above. If for some reason we have shipped the
incorrect product we will gladly accept the return and pay for return freight. If you have ordered or made a mistake , we will also accept product return and credit, but will not pay for return freight costs.

The warranty does not cover spent batteries. "Spent Batteries" are packs that have served their useful purpose.     



Payment, Purchase Terms -  We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal for On-Line orders. Additionally we can accept Discover and American Express card orders via Phone at 888-30-POWER, or by fax at 815-467-7420. 

Purchase Orders - Purchase orders can be placed on line by entering required information. A service representative will contact you for confirmation of payment terms, shipping etc. You may also Call 888-30-POWER or fax purchase order request to 815-467-7679.
